Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

8 Chicken Pieces

500g apricot nectar

1pkt french onion soup

1 brown onion, diced

Method

Place chicken pieces in casserole dish with soup and onion, season with salt and pepper and add nectar and stir. Cover and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hr and 30 minutes.
