Slow Cooker Tuna Casserole

Ingredients


  • 1 tin cream of mushroom soup
  • 300mls cream
  • 2 large tins tuna with brine, dont drain
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 2 cups frozen mixed veges
  • 3 shallots chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tsp ground pepper


Method


  1. add all ingredients to cooker except cheese
  2. cook low 5 hours or high 3 hours, about 30 mins before serving, stir in cheese.
